Return Policy

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) (as per the provided tracking information) to request a return. We do not offer returns past 14 days. For exchange policy, see below.

Please note, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN:

  • Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Item(s) must be unworn and unused
  • Item(s) must have all original tags attached as well as original packaging
  • Must have valid order receipt
  • Item(s) must be purchased for original price - no returns on sale items

TO START A RETURN:

  • Contact us at  sales@redhawktactical.com before shipping out your item
  • Items shipped without receiving confirmation of return from Red Hawk Tactical will not be accepted

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If the returned item(s) meets all eligibility requirements your return will be approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s). As soon as we have received the returned item(s) for exchange, we will promptly ship out your new order.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item(s). Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your package to reach its destination may vary.

If shipping an item over $100, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). We cannot complete a return or issue refunds if your item(s) is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 5-day policy for reporting defective or damaged item(s) and wrong orders.

If any of the above applies to your order, we will cover the cost of shipping the item back at no extra charge and will send you a replacement upon receipt of the item and verification of its condition.

If your item is damaged or defective, a replacement will be shipped immediately as soon as the item sent back has been received and inspected. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us at sales@redhawktactical.com for brand warranties specific to your item(s).

If you receive the wrong item, a replacement will be shipped immediately as soon as the item sent back has been received and inspected.

Please note, for replacement orders the item being sent back must satisfy the following requirements:

  • Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Item(s) must be unworn and unused
  • Item(s) must have all original tags attached as well as original packaging
  • Must have valid order receipt

WARRANTY

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale items are final sale. Items that have been worn and/or used are also non-returnable.
