Refunds

Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). Please note, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the item(s). Shipping costs from the initial order are non-refundable.

Do not ship your item back without receiving e-mail confirmation from Red Hawk Tactical. Any items shipped without confirmation will not be accepted or eligible for refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If the returned item(s) meets all eligibility requirements your return will be approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item(s). Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your package to reach its destination may vary.

If shipping an item over $100, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). We cannot complete a return or issue refunds if your item(s) is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for sale items and gift cards. All sale items are final sale. Items that have been worn and/or used are also non-returnable. Please see return policy to ensure you are eligible for a return or email sales@redhawktactical.com.
