A Polish company, Helikon-Tex was established in 1983 as a military surplus-retailer. Driven by the need to solve the growing mismatch between current military gear solutions and the realities of a modern-day soldier, the company began to develop their own lines of up-to-date military and paramilitary lines of clothing and gear. They've since built their R&D departments using true professionals in the field to design modern and specialized solutions for advanced practitioners and hobbyists in the military, shooting sports and outdoor activities.
